Acorn + Archer ships all domestic orders via USPS First Class with delivery confirmation for tracking purposes, and international orders USPS First Class with Customs Declaration ID # for tracking purposes. If you would like to pay for a shipping upgrade via a private carrier (Fed Ex or UPS) or to receive your items faster with expedited shipping, please contact us directly for a revised invoice/reserved listing quote.

Ready to Ship items ship within two business days.
Made to Order items are made by hand and to order, and are processed in the order in which they are received. Kindly allow 2-3 weeks (depending on the item) for fabrication, processing, and handling before items are shipped.
All other - Country specific - expect 3 to 4 weeks Acorn + Archer is not responsible for duty or customs charges that may occur in shipping to countries other than the U.S.
Due to the nature of wood and ceramics, no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variances in glaze color and/or grain pattern are to be expected and will vary slightly from the item depicted in our photographs.
All of our wood products are minimally processed (cut, drilled, dried, sanded) and conditioned using food safe oils, making it safe for your skin. We do not use polyurethanes or harsh chemicals as a finishing agent.
All of our products will stay beautiful longer if not subjected to prolonged exposure to water. If you do wish to recondition your wood jewelry, we recommend natural finishers such as bee's wax and/or butcher block oil. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
If you are not satisfied with your order, Exchanges/Credits are accepted within 5 days of receipt via USPS delivery confirmation. Custom, altered or personalized items are non-returnable/eligible for exchange. In the event of an exchange/credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs with an insured traceable courier (delivery confirmation, etc).
Exchanged items must be in the same condition as you received them, in original packaging and with receipt of purchase. We do not accept items that have been damaged by the client, (see below for care instructions). Items returned/exchanged without prior notification will not be accepted and be returned to sender.
We do not refund for lost or stolen packages nor are we responsible for items not received due to an incorrect shipping address.
We take great care to create beautiful one of a kind jewelry, in the event it is decided your satisfaction with our product was in our error, we will gladly exchange the item for you and refund the expense of shipping.
